We ran two courses at the studio in our ongoing summer series of traditional character animation training programmes in 2005. As part of the first programme, aimed at existing animation students and recent graduates, we held three sessions of animation traineeships. The course structure was composed of an educational element (lectures, screenings, etc.) and a practical element (work on traditional hand-drawn animation scenes). These traineeships ran for between two and five weeks.

The second programme, run over four weeks and aimed at graduates, was designed to determine the suitability of candidates in the areas of design, storyboarding and animation for work on our first feature length animated film.
