When the man who always finishes last finds his luck is turning around his rival from across the valley will go to any measures to even up the scales.
"Charred and Feathered" was produced under the FRAMEWORKS scheme with the support of The Irish Film Board, The Arts Council and RTE. It premiered at the Galway Film Fleadh in Ireland on the 14th July 2007.
